Three well known labels. These commercial labels are appropriate in order to sell products. The "artificial" labels we tag ourselves and others with are innappropriate and cause much pain, anger, and hate.
Labels such as Caucasion, African, Christian, Muslim, American, Arab, Jew, East, West, etc.. These seem innocent enough and you could argue that they aptly describe people. This is true, but they also build walls around us. They describe a territory that we are part of and own. They cause us too think of people who wear a different label as the enemy, or at least not one of us.
As John Lennon said "Imagine" a world without labels, without borders, without organized religion. We would simply be people, brothers and sisters, all for one, and one for all. There would be no pride, no anger, no hate, no war. All we have to do is cut off the labels.
Love and compassion would flow much easier without the wall of labels.
